Scope of Agreement
The subject of the Agreement is all the goods in the online store of Mike Production Ltd (www.turbohair.hu). The properties and characteristics of the goods can be found on the specific page of the goods.
Purchase Price, Payment Terms:
The price indicated next to the goods is the purchase price of the goods, including VAT. In our store, you can pay by bank transfer, in person or by cash on delivery. In the latter case, the total purchase price including delivery costs must be paid in cash to the delivery person on receipt of the consignment.
Delivery conditions, deadlines:
The delivery of the items is carried out by the MPL courier service.
Orders received are handed over to our delivery partner the following working day. Delivery time is 2-3 working days (for products in stock).
Delivery charges may vary for different areas of the country.
Return of products:
If the goods ordered are faulty or damaged in transit, they will be replaced by Mike Production Ltd, free of charge, against an existing record. If you notice any damage to the product you have received, please notify our staff using one of the contact details under "Contact".
Right to withdraw from the purchase:
The customer may withdraw from the contract within eight working days without giving any reason. The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal from the day he takes delivery of the goods. The seller must reimburse the amount paid by the customer without delay and at the latest within 30 days of the withdrawal.
The customer shall bear the costs incurred in returning the goods as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal.
If, however, the goods returned under the right of withdrawal are not in a perfect, re-saleable condition, the customer shall be liable to pay compensation if the deterioration, destruction or other impossibility of returning the goods was caused intentionally or through negligence.
Change or cancel an order:
The seller will give the buyer the opportunity to cancel the order until the order is fulfilled (1 day after the order is placed), using one of the contact details under "Contact".
The order may only be modified subsequently by e-mail or by telephone.
